3. Payments & Billing

Clients receive a licence to use the deliverables for their business operations. Custom-built assets may be transferred upon full payment if contractually agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. DITUS follows UK GDPR and best-practice security standards to protect sensitive data.

6. Data Protection

DITUS processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Clients must ensure they have lawful grounds to provide any personal data used within projects.

7. Service Availability & Support

DITUS will make reasonable efforts to maintain system uptime and provide ongoing support. However, no service can be guaranteed to be free from interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

DITUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or agreement with written notice as outlined in the project contract. Fees for completed work remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through UK courts.
